All orders that are in-stock ship within 1-2 business days via FedEx or USPS. In the event of a delay or if something is out-of-stock, we will notify you via email. Free shipping offer is not available for some oversize items or items shipped outside the contiguous 48 states. International orders are shipped as follows:
$0-$25: $28.95
$25-$50: $38.95
$51 or more: $58.95
All items shipped internationally will be shipped via USPS International Standard shipping. It does not have tracking information and will not be refunded if the package is lost or stolen. The buyer assumes this responsibility by choosing this method. USPS International Standard shipping typically arrives within 10-25 business days. If you would like to upgrade to USPS Priority Shipping, please contact our gift specialist at 1.845.666.7177. Additional fees will apply.
Please note that due to Covid 19, all international packages have been reported as delayed. We strongly suggest that you anticipate an arrival date anywhere between 1 - 3 months.
NYC Same Day Delivery!
Lucky you! If you live or work in Manhattan, you qualify for SAME day messenger delivery for a flat fee of $40.00. Simply call us at 845.666.7177 to place your order. Your order must be placed by 1:30pm EST to receive delivery same day. If you have an urgent delivery request, additional fee will apply.
Messenger Service only available Monday - Friday. Any orders placed after 1:30pm or on a holiday will be messengered the next business day.

Confirmation:
Shortly after ordering, you will receive an order number confirming the amount charged to your credit card. Then, we will notify you by email when your order ships.
Returns:
We at Pink Olive stand behind our product and service.
If you have placed an order through our website, please e-mail us at [email protected] with your name, order number, and which item(s) you would like to return. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. We will issue a return authorization number and process your return once we receive the items in our shop. If the items are in saleable condition, we will issue a store credit for the items returned. Shipping costs are not refundable.
If we have had the pleasure of your visit in store, please bring the item(s) and your receipt back to your local Pink Olive within 7 days of purchase. If the items are in saleable condition, we offer exchanges for items of equal or lesser value or store credit to be used at your convenience.
Sale items, jewelry, wallpaper and artwork are final sale and not returnable. We do not offer refunds.

Sales Tax:
All packages shipped to New York will be charged 8.875% sales tax on the total amount. Orders shipped out-of-state are not accessed sales tax.
